We now have an exciting opportunity for dedicated Assistant Manager - 2IC to join the team at our Redlands location store.

About the Role

As an integral part of the team, you would be responsible for the management of most store operations. These include but would not be limited to;

Staff management

Stock purchasing

Cash handling

Store Merchandising

Health and Safety procedures

Overall store presentation.

Candidates must be reliable, punctual and committed to providing high levels of customer service. This position requires some physical labour so candidates must also be keen and energetic.

About You

Previous experience as a full time supervisor, duty or operations manager would stand you in good stead for this role. Also being able to display a well developed sales knowledge and commitment to good work ethics

Our ideal candidate would:

Have retail experience

Excellent communication skills with all our customers and stakeholders

Intermediate to Advanced administration skills, including word, excel and outlook

Have either a forklift and/or loader licence (an advantage)

Have stock management skills (ordering, stock rotation etc)

Experience with supervising and training staff is preferred.
