Talenza have been engaged by an Australian utilities organisation to find a System Administrator. The successful candidate will be experienced in hands on experienced configuring the ServiceNow Platform platform. An ITIL qualitifcation is preferred.

This role requires 3 days per week in the office in the Brisbane CBD and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator, with strong skills in system configuration, customization, and administration.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog.
• ITIL certified, with the ability to apply ITIL best practices to ServiceNow processes and workflows.
• Background in the utilities sector, with an understanding of industry-specific service management and compliance needs.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
• Ability to support upgrades, integrations, and enhancements while adhering to governance, security, and audit requirements.
