This role is part of our Rates team that administers the Shire’s rates function, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements are delivered with a high quality customer focus. The role collaborates internally with other team members to ensure integrated service delivery and liaises externally with ratepayers and relevant external authorities. Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and strong interpersonal and communication skills are integral to this role.
