Adventist Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team at Rossmoyne Waters. This is a pivotal role ensuring our organisation meet and exceed legislative, regulatory, and accreditation standards, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

About the Role

As the Quality and Compliance Officer, you will:

Lead the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS)

Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Standards and relevant legislation

Conduct internal audits and manage external accreditation processes

Oversee risk management, incident reporting, and policy governance

Deliver training and support to staff on quality and compliance matters

Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

Tertiary qualifications in Health, Aged Care, Quality Management, or related field

Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks

Proven experience in a similar role within aged care or health services

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Desirable:

Experience with accreditation audits

Training in internal auditing or risk management

Familiarity with clinical governance frameworks

Project management and policy development experience

Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
