About the role
Yarra Valley Ag is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Lilydale, Victoria. As a full-time Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet of agricultural equipment and vehicles (This will primarily include Kubota & Husqvarna). This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting scheduled maintenance and servicing on a variety of agricultural machinery and vehicles
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining detailed records of all work performed
• Providing technical guidance and support to the wider team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in automotive or agricultural mechanics, or a relevant trade certificate
• Experience as a Mechanic, ideally within the agricultural or heavy machinery sector
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of equipment and machinery
