The Role

We are searching for a Relief Property Manager to provide vital support to our team. You’ll cover portfolios while our Property Managers are on leave or when portfolios are vacant.

A Day In the Life

As a Relief Property Manager, you’ll step in and take ownership of portfolios across our network, ensuring clients receive the best service at all times. You will:

• Take ownership of vacant properties - no leasing or routines required!
• Build strong relationships with tenants and owners
• Maintain KPIs and provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation
• Work with a team that values flexibility, fun, and professionalism

The Successful Candidate

You’ll bring:

• Previous property management experience
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate/Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
