About the role

The primary purpose of the Business Development Associate role is to support the growth and retention of our client base. You’ll work closely with the Business Development and Strata Management teams to coordinate sales processes, prepare proposals, manage client onboarding, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective and new clients. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organised, and build strong relationships will be key to helping our communities thrive.

What you will be doing

Putting clients’ interests first and providing responsive, professional service

Preparing proposals, pricing, and presentation packs for qualified opportunities

Coordinating interviews and allocation of strata managers for new schemes

Following up on sales enquiries and managing leads through the CRM pipeline

Supporting client meetings, presentations, and industry events

Acting as a key contact for prospective clients during the transition process

Ensuring smooth onboarding and handover to strata management and operations

Producing monthly sales and pipeline reports

Collaborating across teams to ensure compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations

Here’s what you will bring to the table

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Law)

3–5 years of experience in B2C sales support or coordination

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

A collaborative mindset and a commitment to exceptional customer service

Preferred

Experience in strata, property management, or real estate

Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow-based task management

Operational knowledge of in-house IT systems
