Conveyancer

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing law firm known for their fresh approach, collaborative culture, and commitment to exceptional client service. Specialising in property law and conveyancing, they are currently seeking a motivated and detail-driven Conveyancer to join their vibrant team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end conveyancing files with professionalism and care
• Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements
• Coordinating key dates, property searches, and settlement processes
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Supporting the legal team with administrative and client-focused tasks
• Keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the process
• Contributing to a friendly and supportive office environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in conveyancing or a similar legal support role
• Qualification in Conveyancing or Property Law
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication and client service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
• A positive, team-first attitude with a desire to grow in a modern firm
