Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end residential conveyancing files with accuracy and efficiency.
• Driving settlements while maintaining strong communication with clients, agents, and brokers.
• Working within streamlined workflows using monday.com, supported by automated systems and checklists.
• Completing searches through TriSearch and handling settlements via PEXA.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and assistants to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Maintaining a personable, client-first approach while meeting volume targets.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (more is highly regarded).
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume file load independently.
• Confidence using PEXA and knowledge of QLD conveyancing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Experience with TriSearch or similar search software (desirable).
• A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a genuine team-player mindset.
• A warm, approachable personality, someone who fits in, not stands out for the wrong reasons.
