What We’re Looking For

Safe and effective operation of machinery including:

Excavator (Essential)

Skid Steer (Essential)

Roller (Desirable)

Dozer (Desirable)

Other key responsibilities:

Understanding Site set-out and height checks

Loading and unloading machinery

Performing routine machine maintenance and safety checks

Final trim, bulk and detail excavation, all aspects of general and hourly hire, company contract jobs

Cleaning and upkeep of equipment and work areas

Teamwork and following instructions

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of construction plant and equipment operation and maintenance

Licensing & Experience Requirements

Current Driver’s Licence

Manual HC Licence desirable (minimum HR Licence required or willing to obtain)

Skid Steer Licence (minimum 3 years’ experience)

Excavator Licence (minimum 3 years’ experience)

Topcon MC Mobile LPS system experience (desirable but not essential)

Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
