This role covers transactional accounting but a large emphasis on customer collections and interactions (phone based). Due to this, the right candidate will pride themselves on building rapport, dealing with customers and articulating a message in various ways. You will also have experience with month end reporting, reconciliations and claims. Prior experience with Salesforce will also be highly regarded.
