A Junior Contracts Administrator/ Cadet is sought by a Tier 2 Builder, to work on a $50 million industrial construction project commencing in November.

The Opportunity:

Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $30 million to $100 million

Paying $70k to $90k package (depending on experience)

Working on a $50 million industrial construction project, due to commence in November, with a major ASX blue chip client

Reporting to a Project Manager

Career progression into project management offered, with a structured development plan

You will have:

A Construction Management Degree or in final year of Cadetship

Previous contracts administration experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney

2 years minimum experience sought with a Tier 2 Builder

Jobpac and Procure experience preferred, but training offered

Experience on industrial or commercial construction projects over $10 million

A steady career history and proven contracts administration skills

Knowledge with scope of works and authority to let

Forecasting experience
