Superfluoro is a growing design-led joinery and systems business working at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and advanced manufacturing.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Joinery Salesperson/Estimator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifying new leads
Building rapport and maintaining close relationships with new and existing clients
Interpret architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals for joinery projects
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are processed accurately and on time
Analyse materials and labour costs
Maintain and update pricing databases and tender documentation
Meeting clients on site and in our office
Value engineering and project optimisation
Closing deals and negotiating payment terms
Updating the internal CRM system regularly
Meeting monthly sales target
Some cold calling is required (Training will be provided)
Skill Requirements
2+ years of experience in architectural joinery sales/estimation or a related field
5+ years of professional working experience
Technical understanding of custom joinery manufacturing processes. Such as cabinet assembly and painting
Strong understanding of joinery materials. Such as common brands, sizes, thicknesses, characteristics and labour processing methods
Strong understanding of joinery hardware. Such as common brands, sizes, and utility
Strong understanding of joinery installation processes and construction project processes
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and plans
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Especially Excel)
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent analytical and maths skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience dealing with high-value project figures
Experience with business development and/or cold calling will be highly regarded.
