Senior Concierge – Flemington

The role:

Our client is a well-established, leading property developer who are in the final stages of completion of their flagship high-end luxury residential development in Flemington which will see it bring best-in-class amenities and services to its residents.

With the first occupants due to move in 3 months, we are looking to recruit a polished and professional Senior Concierge to curate, cultivate and elevate the resident experience.

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be overseeing day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth building operations and act a point of contact for residents.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day front of house, greeting all residents and visitors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding move-in logistics, amenities bookings, and general day-to-day queries (including deliveries, mail, dry cleaning).
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and promptness, understanding points of escalation.
• Monitor building access and maintain security protocols.
• Report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly and manage building management platforms/systems.
• Identify opportunities and ways to elevate the resident experience by reviewing feedback, interacting with tenants, and identifying new trends.
• Assist with reporting and documentation related to building operations and resident engagement.
• Liaise with the Owner’s Corporation (OC).
• Support the Senior Facilities Manager as required with day-to-day operational requirements

Who are we looking for?

• 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar high-end concierge or front of house role within hotels, residential apartments or commercial setting.
• Forensic attention to detail
• An exceptional and immaculate focus on personal grooming and appearance
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Customer centric mindset
• Proficient in MS Office and Building Management System (WeWumbo) (preferred not essential)
• Desire to learn and grow professional
