About The Job

Aintree Tennis Club is growing rapidly, and we require a new tennis coach to join the team. You will mostly be coaching hotshots group lessons for kids. We provide lesson plans ,on the job training and uniform. Our lessons rotate around nice equipment such as backboards, topspin pros, wall, ball machine which makes running your lesson fun. Hours

Hours and days can be flexible around your schedule. We have enough work to provide at least 20 hours of regular casual hours depending on your availability. Weekdays we coach juniors from 4pm-7pm and on sundays 9am - 12:30pm. Hours are regular, although we might cancel occasionally if raining.
Weekday Morning work is also an option 9.30am - 12:30pm Monday to friday.

Pay Rate

Pay rate is Fitness industry award casual rates plus super. The base rate for a beginner adult coach age 20+ is $30.17. If you have some experience, you might get $35; if you have lots of experience, maybe $40 plus super.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum requirement. The candidate must have played tennis at a good level.

Previous coaching experience is ideal but not required if you've played tennis at a reasonable level. We can train on the job.

Confident communication is required.

Good with kids

Energetic, exciting and fun.

Parents who coach their own kids and need a second income are often strong candidates.
