Kangaroo Flat Swimming Club (KFSC)

KFSC, located at Bendigo's Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre, is a thriving swim club dedicated to fostering the growth and development of swimmers, both physically and socially. We are currently looking for a Swim Squad Coach to deliver our contemporary squad program and uphold high coaching standards.

Position Overview

As a Swim Squad Coach (Assistant) at KFSC, you will be responsible for conducting effective coaching sessions in line with the squad schedule. This casual or part-time role offers opportunities for professional growth and development as a coach in a welcoming and inclusive team environment. The assistant coach will be supported by our full-time Head Coach, and work together within our coaching team.

Requirements

- Ability to work weekdays, afternoons (4.00 – 7.00pm) and some mornings

- Qualified Swim Instructor (AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia/LSV) or willing to undergo training

- Working with Children’s Check

- National Police Clearance

- Competitive swimming background (desired)

- Coaching/Swim Teaching experience (preferred)
