About the Role

This role is primarily based in our busy table-service bistro, which serves up to 200 guests on peak nights. You’ll manage your own section of 30–40 customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class experience.

You’ll also have the chance to be part of our diverse functions and events team, with opportunities ranging from cocktail-style service to seated dining and bar work. For the right candidate, there’s scope to work across other areas of the club, making every shift varied and rewarding.

Flexible shifts of 15–35 hours per week are available.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in table service (minimum 6 months preferred).

Availability to work nights and weekends.

Strong customer service skills with a bubbly, engaging personality.

A team player who can adapt to different roles and tasks.

A keen learner who enjoys hospitality and wants to develop their skills.

Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

RSA certificate (essential).

Commitment of at least 12 months.
