Flexible roster - always guaranteed 2 consecutive days off - we close on Sunday and Monday, trading only Tuesday to Saturday Midday till 11:00pm and we never open on public holidays, we also close over Christmas, allowing time to be spent with family and friends

We're offering a mixture of shifts – both day time and evenings and are always happy to work with people to create a work life balance that suits them. Something that can be elusive in hospitality we know.

We're a unique wine bar and it goes without saying that our wine list is short, sharp and to the point, (feel free to insta stalk us, we're always putting up interesting bottles we open) We also have over 3,000 ever changing bottles right at our fingertips next door in The Prince Wine Store as well.

To add to that, we are a registered WSET course provider here in Melbourne and you are encouraged to grow your knowledge with us by undertaking a Level 2 or 3 qualification.

Our menu is spearheaded by industry respected Head Chef Nicky Riemer, she runs a tight team and we are the same on the floor - everyone working here has an extensive background already in the industry, so if you're looking for like minded people to work with we've got you!

Let's face it there's lots of hospitality jobs out there at the moment, I guess what we're saying is that we'll pay you the correct industry wage, this means we honour overtime rates and we'll give you access to wine knowledge that no other place can offer and we'll give you a weekend to boot....oh and you get a cracking discount when it comes to purchasing wine next door at the Prince Wine Store.
