Position Summary:

Green Gully Soccer Club are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused wait staff to join our team. As a member of the front-of-house service team, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have a positive dining experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly, warmly, and professionally.

Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly.

Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

Process payments accurately (cash and electronic transactions).

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members and support overall restaurant operations.

Skills & Requirements:

Previous experience in a wait staff or hospitality role preferred but not essential.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Food Handlers Certificate.
