The Role

We’re looking for a connected, ambitious and tech-savvy Business Development Manager to drive new business sales to residential real estate agencies.

Showcase your proven ability to build strong relationships, and your solution selling expertise to showcase the game-changing benefits of our solution to the mid-tier and large agency market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build & Nurture Key Relationships: Leverage your network and business development expertise to open doors, win new business, and secure long-term partnerships.

Sell the Unbeatable Combo: Present our powerful software + compliance services stack as the ultimate solution for mid-tier and large agencies.

Close High-Value Deals: Pitch, negotiate, and seal agreements with fast-growing real estate agencies.

Own Your Pipeline: Manage every step—from prospecting through contract signing to post-sale support.

Be Face-to-Face: This is a relationship-driven role—expect to be out in the field regularly, meeting clients in person.

Smash Your Targets: Excel at hitting (and exceeding) your KPIs—top performers get recognition and rewards.

What We’re Looking For

Proven business development background in residential rental real estate, PropTech, or SaaS solutions.

An existing network of real estate agency contacts is highly favoured.

Tech-savvy mindset—understand how software drives business value and demo solutions confidently.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—craft compelling pitches and close with confidence.
