Family Culture Pty Ltd is a growing Business group operating multiple Subway stores in WA. We also manage property investments through our affiliated company, GSSD Group Pty Ltd. We are seeking a Management Consultant to lead strategic initiatives across both retail and investment operations.
Responsibilities
Analyse business operations and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability
Advise on franchise management, staffing, and compliance
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with store managers and investment teams
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in management consulting
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Experience in retail or property investment sectors preferred
