Reporting directly to the company director, you’ll have the opportunity to develop accounts and spearhead new sales initiatives across the building and construction industry. Your impact will be pivotal as the business expands its reach.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven background in the building and construction industry, thriving in fast-paced environments

Current Driver’s License & White Card (OH&S General Induction for Construction work)

At least 5 years’ success in business development roles

Expertise in steel reinforcement, with solid industry knowledge highly regarded

Familiarity with Central Coast, Sydney, and Newcastle regions, plus a strong professional network

Top-tier written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional time management, organisation, and relationship-building abilities

Proactive attitude and knack for taking initiative

Ability to connect and build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
