We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager - ABM to lead the account-based marketing program, specifically targeting emerging mid-market businesses.

You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create targeted campaigns that engage potential customers at every stage of the buying process.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy with key stakeholders.
• Create highly personalised campaigns for individual accounts (1:1), campaigns for small groups (1:Few), and mass-market campaigns (1:Many).
• Drive lead generation and funnel metrics using suitable inbound/outbound tactics through various channels.
• Utilise data and technology like CRM Salesforce to track and report on the deal/revenue pipeline influenced by ABM campaigns.
• Lead the step-by-step process of ABM, from identifying ideal customer profiles to activating the Lead Development team.
• Build a team of agency partners to deliver the ABM strategy at scale and speed

What You Can Bring to the Team:

• Senior experience in B2B digital/channel marketing and/or demand generation, with strong Account Based Marketing expertise.
• Proven track record of driving consistent growth with a measurable impact on revenue.
• Thorough understanding of conventional B2B performance channels, including targeting online advertising platforms like Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage market data analysis and sales audience segmentation using relevant tools.
