About the role:
Lead major commercial fitout projects across Sydney while earning up to $220,000 and shaping your career towards senior leadership.

You’ll take charge of high-profile office transformations, working closely with top-tier clients and industry professionals. This will give you the chance to sharpen your strategic planning and stakeholder management skills, setting you up for bigger, more complex projects in the future.

What you'll do
You'll lead the delivery of commercial office fitout projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget and to the client’s specifications. You’ll coordinate between clients, designers, contractors and consultants, managing the full project lifecycle from initial planning to construction, handover and post-completion review.

Take ownership of site management, stakeholder communication, risk control and compliance, balancing commercial, technical and client requirements to deliver modern, functional workplaces.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor of Construction Management Degree
• Proven experience in managing commercial fitout projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in delivering fitout & refurbishment projects valued up to $5m.
• Highly experienced CA's are welcome to apply.
