The role:
Lead the entire project lifecycle for an SAP SuccessFactors implementation, managing all functional activities from initial discovery and design to configuration and go-live. This role focuses on the recruitment, onboarding, and payroll modules for a key NSW government client.

What you will be doing:

• Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially recruitment and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance HR business processes using SuccessFactors functionality.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and managing system updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with an array of stakeholders including external SI partners.

Desirable experience:

• Participating in the full project life cycle for multiple SuccessFactors projects.
• Public sector experience would be advantageous but not essential.
