Description
- Manage the organisation's records system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Classify, archive, and retrieve records in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on records management practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in implementing improvements to the records management system and processes.
- Respond to internal and external requests for information promptly and accurately.
- Support broader administrative tasks as needed within the secretarial and business support department.
Profile
A successful Senior Records Administrator should have:
- Proven experience in records management or a related field, ideally within the public sector.
- Knowledge of records management software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection practices.

Job Offer
- Salary of approximately AUD $97864 - $107640, depending on experience.
