Healthworks is currently seeking qualified and reliable health professionals to join our casual team delivering workplace health checks across a range of corporate client sites.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be conducting health assessments and supporting employees with practical health and wellbeing advice. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and work as part of a collaborative and experienced team.

About the Role

In this casual position, you’ll work on-site with clients to deliver health screening services in a structured and supportive environment. Your role will involve a mix of health assessments and participant engagement to support early intervention and encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing standard workplace health checks, including:

Blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, height, weight, BMI, and lifestyle assessments

Providing basic health education and lifestyle advice based on results

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting and documentation

Following established clinical protocols and maintaining high standards of care

Communicating clearly and respectfully with participants and client representatives

Supporting the delivery of additional services as required (e.g. skin checks, mental health programs – based on qualifications)

What we’re looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science

Current registration with AHPRA, or ESSA

Current First Aid and CPR certification

A valid driver’s licence and access to your own reliable vehicle

Strong attention to detail, and confidence working independently or in small teams

Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach

Previous experience conducting health assessments or working in corporate settings is beneficial but not essential
