Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with nursing standards and best practices.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications and Experience:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Full working rights in Australia.
Experience in mental health nursing is preferred, especially within an inpatient or hospital setting.
Minimum 6-12 months of mental health nursing experience required.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
