Casual role | 3–4 days per week

We are a warm and welcoming, privately owned family medical practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our supportive team. Our practice values respect, teamwork, and delivering high-quality care to our diverse community.

As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with our General Practitioners and play an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone

Conduct detailed patient assessments to support improved health outcomes

Develop and coordinate chronic disease management care plans in line with current CCM requirements

Maintain accurate and confidential patient and clinic records

Uphold infection control and cold chain management standards

Administer vaccinations, spirometry, and ECGs

Provide high-quality wound care

Assist GPs with minor surgical procedures

Work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

About You

Friendly, confident, and caring with excellent communication skills

Well-presented and professional in all interactions

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy

Calm under pressure and adaptable in a busy practice setting

Ethical, reliable, and motivated to grow professionally

Organised and proactive, with the ability to take initiative

Competent in clinical software (Best Practice or similar preferred)

Essential Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous practice nursing (preferred) or community nursing experience

Current Professional Indemnity Insurance

Unrestricted working rights in Australia
