What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation

Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet customer demands

Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations

Collaborate with the kitchen team to continuously improve processes and product quality

Maintain a clean and organised work station

Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed

What we're looking for

Relevant experience as a Cook or in a similar food preparation role, ideally within the hospitality industry

Strong practical cooking skills and a keen eye for detail to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
