What You’ll Be Doing Clinical Counselling:

• Support clients through emotional and psychological challenges following injury or illness, with a strong focus on return-to-work (RTW) goals
• Address mental health needs including stress, anxiety, and trauma within a safe and supportive space
• Partner with allied health professionals to design holistic RTW and recovery plans

Rehabilitation Consulting:

• Manage your own caseload and deliver tailored, evidence-based recovery strategies
• Conduct Initial Needs and Vocational Assessments to guide pathways forward
• Liaise with insurers, medical providers, and other stakeholders through case conferencing
• Identify RTW barriers and implement sustainable, client-centred solutions

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full AHPRA registration (Psychology) or membership with ASORC, PACFA, or ACA (Level 3 or 4)
• Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia
