Northside Audiology is a busy, modern, diagnostic clinic providing hearing services for all ages in a friendly and caring atmosphere.

Based in Chatswood, we also have satellite clinics in Gladesville and Neutral Bay.

The clinic is under the directorship of 3 specialist doctors, and our referrals come from a large number of doctors on the North Shore.

A position has become available to join our friendly administration team in a caring environment offering generous wages.

Key factors in the role will include :

Meeting and greeting patients

Scheduling appointments efficiently

Patient data entry, processing payments and receipting

Processing Medicare claims for patients

Assisting the Practice Manager in the smooth running of the practice

This is a permanent part-time role, offering two days per week with opportunity for extra time

To be a successful candidate:

You will need excellent communication and customer care skills

Preferably two years previous experience in a similar role

You will be organised and self-motivated with good computer skills and workplace accuracy

Whilst reception experience is required, training will be given in all aspects of the practice
