Mona Vale Medical Centre is seeking a part time / casual medical receptionist to join our team.

Days include Thursday and Friday, as well as other fill in days as required.

We are a busy medical centre with a team of receptionists and nurses supporting up to 10 GP's on any given day.

What you are currently doing (eg. studying, starting uni, have a job but looking to leave, currently no commitments etc)

What your plans are for the next 2 years.

About the role:

generally 2 weekdays plus other fill in days

Working with up to 2-3 other receptionists

Busy environment that requires multitasking

Computer based booking systems and payments

Long term commitment 2 years plus - we are not seeking someone for a short term role

About you:

Reliable - we need someone who won't let the other receptionists down and understands work in a team environment

Great computer skills

Great customer service skills

Seeking a position for a minimum of 2 years.

The role is open to junior receptionists as well as experienced applicants.
