Job Title: Full Time Cert III or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator - Hamilton, Victoria
Salary field: Approx $62,000 plus 12% Super and $9000 relocation package
Job Summary: Tradewind are working exclusively with an Early Learning Centre in Hamilton, who are on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Full Time Cert III or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator.

- $62,000 plus 12% Super+ relocation package
- Centre Hours are: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Rotating roster
- Working in the 3 year old Kinder room alongside 2 ECTs

About the Role:
Early Childhood Educator - Hamilton, Victoria
Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator seeking a rewarding role in a supportive, community-focused centre?
Tradewind is recruiting on behalf of a not-for-profit, Early Learning Centre in the heart of Hamilton. You'll be working in the 3-year-old Kinder room alongside two experienced ECTs in a collaborative team-teaching environment. The role operates on a rotating roster between 7am - 6pm (with core Kinder hours of 8am - 5.30pm) and includes wrap-around care.

Key duties:
- Identify and cater for individual learner needs and maintain child safety at all times
- Provide an environment that promotes the cognitive, physical, spiritual, emotional, social and intellectual wellbeing of all students
- Work closely with parents regarding the progress and development of their children
- Participate in the creation, development and evaluation of curriculum
- Stay informed regarding current trends, early childhood practices and curriculum and resource developments
Required Qualifications & Attributes:
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Up to date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management qualifications
- Current WWCC - Employee
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Years (or willingness to undertake training)
- Current Right to work in Australia
Skills & Experience:
- Have proven experience working in a Cert III or Diploma Educator position in an Early Childhood setting in Australia or New Zealand
- Ability to connect and build relationships with children, colleagues and the wider community to create long-lasting professional partnerships
- The ability to be adaptable, team-orientated and show very strong pedagogical knowledge of the Early years Curriculum and EYLF
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience working with children with additional needs is a bonus
