This growing agency is looking for a Creative Design Lead to guide their talented team and deliver standout design solutions for a wide mix of clients.

You’ll set high design standards, mentor and inspire designers, and collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to bring bold ideas to life. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact both on the work produced and the future growth of the studio.

What you’ll do:

• Lead creative direction across digital and design projects
• Mentor and support a collaborative design team
• Manage the full design process, from concept to delivery
• Partner with clients and internal teams to align on goals
• Enhance workflows, tools, and QA standards

What you’ll bring:

• Proven design leadership experience (agency or studio)
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and design best practice
• A creative eye with the ability to inspire others
• Strong communication and project management skills
