Role:

At Walt Construction Group, we're looking for a full-time Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations across our residential and commercial projects at the Sunshine Coast. Based on site, you'll oversee trades, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are maintained.

This role is suited to someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for construction. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to keep builds running smoothly; coordinating schedules, resolving issues quickly, and making sure every stage of construction meets our high standards. This is a hands-on role where your leadership on site will directly shape the delivery of our projects.

What you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
Managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with WHS regulations and company policies.
Maintaining high standards across all aspects of construction.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Managing timelines, schedules, and site documentation.

Additional skills and experience (ideal but not essential):
Background in residential, commercial, or renovation projects.
Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
