What you'll be doing

• Domestic duties to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Social support and transport for appointments and activities.
• Personal care to promote well-being and independence.
• Supporting clients in doing what they love and maintaining their interests.
• Monitoring the health of older people and promptly reporting any changes to ensure their safety.

What you need to be successful in this position:

• Minimum qualification of Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
• Passion for providing compassionate care and promoting independence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliability, patience, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
• Full Driver's Licence and reliable registered vehicle.
• Current Police Clearance (less than 6 months) and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• It is recommended that you will have 2 COVID Vaccinations and an up-to-date Flu vaccination
