About the Company:
Over 50 years proven experienced in the WA market, they are an award-winning business that has delivered some landmark buildings in Perth. They have proven experience across a range of private & public sectors including education, aged care, sporting & recreation, apartments, retail and industrial.
They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team and take the lead role on the construction of a new mixed-use development.

Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified carpenter or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction/Construction Engineering
• Proven experience as the lead Site Manager working start to finish on commercial projects $20M+
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor in commercial building is essential.
• Local experience and established relationships with the local subcontractor & supply chain
• Strong tenure with previous employers
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
