We’re seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead delivery of a high-profile foreshore redevelopment in the glorious north west WA coastal town of Broome. This project is transforming the waterfront and community facilities and is now entering the crucial final 8 months of construction.

The Project

Spanning civil and structural works, this exciting development includes:

• Major civil infrastructure including stormwater systems
• Water park, ablution and tenancy block construction
• Dune profiling and revetment works to protect the coastline
• Architectural finishes including stainless steel walkways, landscaping, paving and carparking

With just 8–10 months remaining, our client needs a Senior Site Manager who can drive program, uphold quality and safety, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver this iconic project on time.

The Role

• FIFO 2:1 roster ex-Perth
• Fixed term contract tenure for remainder of project (8–10 months)
• Superb Salary CIRCA $210K Base + 20% site uplift
• Immediate start preferred (*4 weeks notice maximum)

About You

You’ll be an accomplished Senior Site Manager with a proven track record on complex civil and building projects, ideally with exposure to coastal/marine works. Your leadership style balances firm site control with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and client reps.
