This well-established commercial construction company has built a strong reputation in the WA market as an industrial D&C specialist. They’re now seeking a Site Manager to join the team in a permanent capacity to deliver a $20m project in the inner suburbs of the city.

Requirements;

• Ideally a trade qualified carpenter (not essential)
• Previous experience working as a Site Manager on commercial building projects.
• Experience in both structures & finishing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in steering trade activities and driving the programme to hit key milestones.
• Solid IT skills, proficiency in Procore would be advantageous
