About the Company: Over 50 years proven experienced in the WA market, they are an award-winning business that has delivered some landmark buildings in Perth. They have proven experience across a range of private & public sectors including education, aged care, sporting & recreation, apartments, retail and industrial.

They are currently looking for an experienced Structures Site Manager to join the team and take the lead site based role in delivering the structural component of a range of major projects.

Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified carpenter
• Previous experience working as a Supervisor delivering high rise structure, either for a main contractor or formwork subcontractor.
• Local experience and established relationships with the local subcontractor & supply chain is preferred.
• Strong tenure with previous employers.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong man management/leadership skills.
• IT savvy and familiar with construction software E.g. Aconex, Procore, Hammertech etc.
