Site Manager | $8M Renovation | Bellevue Hill | 5 day working week

A well known, multiple award winning architectural home builder with a pipeline of work extending solely on the beaches through to 2028 is looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a $8M renovation in Bellevue Hill.

This is a long-term opportunity primed for someone that enjoys detailed work and communicates well and is keen to bring forward and progress the team.

You will be supported with a PM, Leading Hand and solid trade base.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain program and budget

Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure smooth delivery

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety standards

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Lead and motivate the on-site team to deliver a top-tier finish

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction (essential)

Proven experience delivering architecturally designed homes

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders professionally

Thorough understanding of construction processes, legislation, and WHS standards

Excellent planning, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities

Carpentry background is preferred.
