The Role
This is a rare opportunity to manage a landmark luxury residential project on the Northern Beaches. As the Site Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, architects, and consultants, maintaining the highest standards expected in bespoke residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all site activities on a luxury residential project.

Carried out jobs start to finish

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.

Ensure strict compliance with WHS and quality standards.

Drive program and schedule to meet project deadlines.

Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and head office.

Proven track record as a Site Manager on luxury residential projects

Work with internal team and clients

Strong knowledge of construction processes and finishing details.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.

A focus on safety, quality, and program delivery.

Trade background or construction management qualifications preferred.
