About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team. As a Trainee Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of this branch. This full-time position is based in Orange, providing you with the chance to obtain a qualification whilst learning on the job.

What you'll be doing:

Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management

Assisting with the coordination of office activities

Handling incoming phone calls and enquiries in a professional manner

Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure efficient communication

Performing various other administrative duties as required to support the team

What we're looking for:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office

A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

A customer-focused attitude and a desire to provide exceptional service
