About the role
Ameya Care Support Services is seeking a dedicated Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team in Cairns, Queensland. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across our disability support services. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
What you'll be doing
Develop, implement and maintain robust quality assurance frameworks and compliance processes
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
Focus on the development and maintenance of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Liaise with internal stakeholders to address quality and compliance issues in a timely manner
Provide training and support to staff to enhance their understanding of quality and NDIS compliance requirements
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices
Collaborate with the management team to drive continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as quality management, compliance or a related discipline
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably within the disability support sector
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive, self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement
