We are now looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Operations Administrator to join our team. Previous administrative experience essential – we’ll provide the industry training

Primary Accountabilities:
Generating and populating Assessment & Completion Reports following job attendance
Submitting reports, invoices and relevant documents to Insurance Companies and Builders
Generate time, materials and labour in preparation for invoicing following job completion
Work to deadlines to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met (KPI’s)
Answering phones and responding to email enquiries.
Assist with general Admin duties where required, including data entry, database and file management.
Provide administration support to customers, crew and all other relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with customers including Insurance Companies, and Builders for authorities, and key information on all allocations
Communicate relevant information between Insurance Companies/Builders, Office Staff and attending Technicians
Generate, review and format detailed contents inventory reports
Other relevant tasks and duties as required.
