Security Guard / Weighbridge Operator – Corowa NSW

PGC Security is seeking a reliable and motivated Security Guard / Weighbridge Operator to join our team servicing a long-term client in Corowa, NSW.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a small, supportive team on a rotating roster. You’ll be responsible for maintaining site security and operational integrity while delivering excellent service to our client.

Key Responsibilities

Control site access and operate weighbridge systems

Maintain a visible security presence and assist staff and visitors as needed

Conduct mobile patrols and routine security checks

Secure premises in accordance with Site Operational Procedures (SOP)

Perform radio checks and maintain communication with duty staff

Monitor compliance with SOPs and report any discrepancies

Identify and manage faults or inconsistencies per local procedures

Accurately complete all required documentation

Provide clear handover information to incoming shift staff

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Licensed with a minimum NSW Security License 1A

Holds a current First Aid Certificate

Has a valid Driver’s License

Able to work independently and take initiative

A self-starter with a willingness to learn

Competent with computers (intermediate to advanced skills)

Award & Conditions

This position is based on Level 2 of the Security Services Industry Award 2010.
