About the role

This role works closely with the Retail Leasing team, client stakeholders, and external legal providers to coordinate the negotiation and execution of lease documents. The focus is on ensuring timely turnaround of documentation, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with client policies and legal standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, negotiating, certifying, and executing lease documentation
  * Maintaining accurate paralegal databases and document records
  * Certifying documents for client execution and ensuring compliance
  * Supporting reporting, risk governance, and process improvement initiatives

About you

To be successful in this role it is essential to have:

• Legal or property qualifications and experience in leasing or contracts
  * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
  * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  * A proactive mindset with the ability to support innovation and change
