We are working with a well-established law firm in Melbourne's western suburbs that is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a client-facing role, supporting complex matters and playing a key part in helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

The Role
As Senior Paralegal, you will provide high-level legal support across a range of personal injury matters. This position offers the chance to manage files from start to finish while working closely with lawyers to ensure the smooth progression of cases.

Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting legal correspondence, briefs, and other documents

Assisting with the preparation of evidence for negotiation, mediation, and trial

Managing case files to ensure deadlines are met and matters progress efficiently

Liaising with clients in a professional and supportive manner, building rapport and managing expectations

Supporting your legal team with negotiations and strategies to maximise outcomes

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Significant paralegal experience within personal injury law (essential) - 5+ years is a must

Strong legal knowledge and procedural understanding

Excellent drafting and file management skills

A client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
