We are a well-established and client-focused law firm seeking a highly organised and experienced Paralegal to join our team. This full-time role supports our busy practice areas in Wills & Estates, Family Law, and Conveyancing.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence

Maintain and organise client files and records

Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders

Assist with diary management and scheduling appointments

Support solicitors with administrative tasks across multiple practice areas

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a legal secretary role

Strong knowledge of Wills & Estates, Family Law, and Conveyancing procedures

Proficiency in legal software (e.g., LEAP, PEXA, Microsoft Office)

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
